AMS club night, May 2017

What we do

We are a group of scale modellers, with a wide variety of modelling interests, and from many of walks of life.

We hold regular face-to-face meetings, and we are active on the Scottish and UK modelling scene - we take part in scale model shows throughout Scotland, and are regular attendees at Scale ModelWorld, the world's largest fine scale modelling show, in Telford, Shropshire.

We cater for modellers who build in any genre, whatever you build, you'll be welcome!

IPMS(UK)

We are also affiliated to The International Plastic Modellers’ Society.
If you're interested in scale modelling we recommend having a look at their website.

Club meetings

As of January 2023, we now meet face-to-face in our new venue of the Fountainhall Church Centre in Aberdeen (previously known as the Rubislaw Church Centre), on the first Tuesday of the month, starting at 7pm and running until 10pm. Why not come along and say hello?!

We previously met at the Gordon Highlanders Museum in Aberdeen, and continue to maintain a relationship with the museum taking care of their models and dioramas.

We also hold online "build nights" twice a week, hosted on Zoom, usually starting about 7:30pm and going well into the evening.
